Turn Around Time: My current TAT is 10-20 business days. You do agree to this once you checkout. I order each week on Wednesday - if your order is placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday, materials will be ordered the following week. This just make it less stressful for me!

Refunds & Exchanges: Due to being mostly made to order - I am not able to except refunds or exchanges. I will help fix or refund any orders that have issues on my behalf. However, you must notify me within 24 hours of your order being picked up. 

Text Messaging: I do now have a work phone for text messages. I mainly use this when needed to get in contact about an order issue or when your order is ready! Please add your phone number to the notes at checkout.
