Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Sophie Makes ships anywhere in the United States right now.
How long does shipping take?
While I would love to be able to give you an exact date and time your order will arrive, I am only able to give an estimated delivery date given by the shipping carrier.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, please go to the email where your order is ready to ship. This email will have the shipping carriers tracking number to track your package:)
Returns
How do I return an item?
Sophie Makes does not currently do any returns, unless there was a mistake on my part - such as wrong color, size, or stain/hole in the item.
How long does it take to process my return?
You will more than likely be able to keep your item and I will replace it with the correct one or a replacement:) I hope to keep it around one week as I order materials once every Wednesday!
Can I exchange for a different item?
At this time, I do not offer exchanges as all items are made to order - meaning materials are ordered after the order is placed.
General Questions
How do I wash my item?
I LOVE that you came to see the correct way to wash your item(s)! Taking correct repercussions when washing makes your items longer. When you pick-up/receive your item - please DO NOT wash you items for at least 24 hours after. Once you are able to wash your item - turn it inside-out first. Then place it into the washing machine. Please do not wash your garment(s) with any harsh detergents. After you are done washing take the item out of the washing machine and HANG TO DRY - Do not dry your item AT ALL! This will deteriorate the print on the shirt and make the shirt not last.
Where do I pick-up my item?
I am located in Owensboro, Kentucky! If you are around me and would like to pick-up your item (must pick-up within 5 days of receiving the email your order is ready) you are more than welcome to! It will show the address at checkout and all details needed for pick-up will be in the email you receive once your order is ready:)
How long until my order is ready?
I know, I know, you really want your orders. But, it is very kind and appreciated that you are patient. My current TAT is 1-4 weeks. Does it always take this long? No, absolutely not, but do this to be safe.
Can I order for someone else?
YES! You just need to enter their address into the checkout page on the order. The item will be shipped there:)
