At Sophie Makes - washing is EASY!

1 - Turn your item/items inside out.

2 - When adding detergent, make sure not to use any super harsh chemicals - I use persil at my house!

3 - It is best to hang up your item/items to dry, but if you need to use a dryer - dry your items inside out on low heat.

My current turn around time is around 10-20 business days - excluding major Holidays. I try my very BEST to get orders out before this time frame, but sometimes important, can not miss things come up! If your order does take longer than I would like I ALWAYS try to compensate and give either a coupon code or a gift card to use on your next order.

Pick Up - I do offer local pick up. This is actually what got Sophie Makes up and running. It is not going ANYWHERE! Local pick up is in Owensboro, KY. on the West end. Please note you will get the address, cabinet location, and shelf number once your order is ready! 

*I do want to add a very important detail to local pick up - you are responsible for picking up within five days of your order being ready. If not, I can NOT replace the order for creasing. This has never been an issue until the order was left in my pick up cabinet for over a month* 

Shipping - This is VERY important. I want you all to get your packages, so if you are not able to pickup within five days of your order being ready, I ask that you PLEASE do shipping! Shipping is a flat rate of $6.50 - that means I am paying for some shipping myself on ALL shipping orders. I want to make sure you all get your items in a timely manner. 

If you find yourself having a question about a certain print, apparel item, color, or custom/can I change a print to another school/occupation - I am available for email and text!

Returns and Exchanges:

Unfortunately, I am unable to take returns or exchanges due to solely being made to order with a few Ready To Go drops!

Now, if I have made a mistake or you simply cannot wear the item you purchase or where gifted, please email or text me! I will always try to make sure you are taken care of as I know personally how frustrating it can be for something you spent your hard earned money on to not work out or fit!
